E1 - RO-Romania - OnlineHE Multiplier event/Final Conference in Romania

A Multiplier Event was held in Romania to familiarise key stakeholders with the project's primary aims and objectives and to highlight the project's outcomes. The Multiplier event sought to actively engage and motivate the project's target groups and stakeholders to use the project's deliverables. This event was attended by 90 people, including HE personnel, academics, instructors, stakeholders, adult trainers, public authorities, Higher Education policymakers, learning designers, and university support workers in general. During the event, partners promoted target group engagement with the developed resources, and through a series of demonstrations, they detailed the project's basic deliverables: the OnlineHE Toolkit, the Train-the-Trainer workshop, the online MOOC with HE institutions, the policy and practise recommendations report, and the e-learning readiness checklist. Lessons learned from implementations were also presented and addressed with attendees. The project's digital platform served as a repository for the project's outputs, and participants were encouraged to use it for personal and professional growth as well as prospective promoters and multipliers.
The Multiplier event is structured as follows: 

- Presentation of the OnlineHE project - Application of the OnlineHE Toolkit: An Overview- Presentations of HED institutions' best practises for online use - Navigation and familiarisation with the e-learning environment, highlighting the tools/OERs/modules that are part of it- A summary of training initiatives in each partner country- Discussion - Recommendations for best practises, policies, and practises- Checklist for E-learning Readiness, Conclusions, and Reflections.
By the end of the event, participants had completed an evaluation form that included both open-ended and closed-ended questions about the project's and multiplier event's outcomes. 
The University of Pitesti was in charge of organising and carrying out the OnlineHE Multiplier event in Romania.
